How do I return a product to Vannuzza?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a full refund of the product only, excluding shipping charges. Please note that you can return within fifteen (15) days of purchase date.
Please note that you must return the item(s) in their original packaging. Place a copy of your Computer Generated receipt (if you purchased online). Please make sure your shipment is securely packed and returned to us either via UPS or other means which you can track. Items that have been used, altered or abused cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
